Dr. Valerie Hudson, University Distinguished Professor, joined the faculty of the Bush School in 2012 as the holder of the George H. W. Bush Chair. An expert on international security and foreign policy analysis as well as gender and security, she received her PhD in political science at The Ohio State University and comes to Texas A&M University from a senior faculty position at Brigham Young University. Hudson directs the Bush School’s Program on Women, Peace, and Security.

The board voted on Kathy Scott as a proposed member. Rotary Club of Aggieland by-laws requires publication of the prospective member for two consecutive weeks. If there are any objections notify any member of the board. If there are no objections Kath's membership will become official on February 15th.

The circus is coming to town! It's almost time for our annual District Conference!

Join us for the annual District Conference as we celebrate our vintage circus-style in League City, Texas! We will start the conference with a Welcome Reception on Friday night, April 26th at 6 PM out by the resort pool with food, live music and a cash bar. We will have a full day of conference activities on Saturday, April 27th starting in the morning with breakfast, speakers, service projects, and the dedication of a Peace Park in League City. Saturday evening will be our annual Gala, where we will celebrate with speakers and special recognition. Sunday, April 28th, will conclude with breakfast, additional speakers, and the annual District business meeting.
